Not asking anyone to do my homework for me, just looking for suggestions from people who have gone down this road and know what works. I have upgrade fever, want to get a steel bumper and winch, probably ARB. I have tires that already raise my truck 25 mm (1"). In the end I want no more than an additional 25 mm (1") of lift, so that the total lift including the tires does not exceed 50 mm (2").

(I think when most people talk about lift, it is with respect to the axle but my requirement has to do with step-in height because I don't want to install steps to get into truck.)

Application is 99% paved or gravel roads. Priority is ride comfort for a daily driver.

Do I actually need to replace the stock TRD Sport springs? I think I need springs in the 700 pound range and as far as I can tell I already have them.

What is the "cheapest good" solution, Bilstein 8112 hardware looks like tits but so expensive.

For sure going to need 700lbs springs, or your front will sag like 100 year old tits.

Stock - just add taco sauce
I’m in the same boat. I’ve got a winch bumper. Wanting to add a winch and skid plate but I need higher capacity springs first. And I too don’t want to lift above 1”. Does anyone have any experience with the bilstein 6112 with a 700# 14” coil set to 0/1 notch? I’ve been reading threads for a while. Probably could have called the manufacture and they could answer it pretty quick.

    Here's a cheap rear bumper.
