    Everything.
Hey fellas, I have a third GEN 2018 Tacoma that has a crazy squeal and I’m diagnosed it as the idler pulley #2
The one on the left. But I want to replace both of the top ones if I’m gonna be in there just to get it done But it’s come to my attention that both number two on the top aren’t the same pulley part ones a little bit different. Does anybody have any advice or know the difference in the part numbers of the top left and top right pulley? In the diagram it’s labeled “*3”
Any advice or information on the differences and or part numbers so I can find them and order them properly would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys. Blessings

You sure the squeal is not the serpentine belt? Check out the obvious things first. Go to your local Toyota dealer’s Parts Department, with VIN of your 2018 Tacoma. They can help you find out more information about pulleys.
