One of the things I didn't like about the Gen 3 was the front end sticking out so far. I was looking for something that was more flush.

I like this a lot, did it come this way or were the letters painted to match the rig?

Not quite sure yet, hoping to be able to remount the sensor without it being too obvious.

Kept the OR Grill but added the black trim ring. I didn’t want to risk anything with the whole Pro Grill TSS issue.

Hands down the best looking grill IMO. Did you have any issues with the TSS sensor needing recalibrated after you installed the grill?

Thanks! TacoVinyl did a good job with the lettering and TSS bracket. I didn't need to do anything, no calibration. It just worked and have received any errors in the two months it's been on. Radar cruise works just fine and the automatic braking system saved me once. I've driven in hard rain as well as through some dust storms in the desert with no issues.
