Hit a road sign a few months ago. Body got redone but truck kept drifting to the right. Took it to my shop and had it aligned. They said rear axle right side wheel is shifted aft 3/16 of an inch. I check below and couldn’t find shift marks or bent parts. Any ideas? Maybe I pull the leafs out and check the bolts and bushings ? Thoughts?

The rear axle is aligned off the center pins that go into the leaf pack.
I'm not an alignment guy by any means. But there only 2 things that align the rear axle.
Where the leaf bolts to the frame, and where it bolts to the axle. (Technically the center pin)

Is the Center pin your issue? Maybe. Maybe not.
But once you understand how the rear axle is mounted, you can get a better idea of where to look.

If you look close you can get an idea of what the center pin is, and does.

Like TriShooter said, the first thing that centers the rear axle, is the physical mounting points front and rear of the leaf pack, as the leaf pack has the little centering nub that is part of the leaf spring center bolt. If your truck's axle is truly out of alignment and the leaf springs mounts don't appear to be messed up, it probably means the leaf pack center bolt head sheared off or something. This means that the leaf pack is no longer held together when you take off your Ubolts, only the ubolts would be holding the pack together. I would recommend using big C-clamps on the leaf pack to prevent it from fall apart when you remove the ubolts.
