I have a 2016 AT 2.7, but I can't get anyone from OVTune to respond about getting me setup to run a tune. Hopefully when the product is out of Beta testing I will have better luck. I know they're busy, but I'm definetly excited to see what the tune will do coupled with my 5.29 gear.

Fingers crossed!!! Hopefully the auto figured out soon and roll out the manual 2.7 tune! I'm holding out for it.

I'm willing to ship in two 2nd Gen ECU if can guarantee a time frame for return, not open ended.

2021 4X4 Sport AC 3.5L MT - OME lift with Dakar leafs. 10x33 Coopers. ARB Bumper. KDMax Tune. 2017 SE AC 2.7L 2WD AT - OME lift with Dakar leafs, BA bumper, tooter manifold spacer, header, OVTuned. LED lights. Does not run like your average 2.7; this truck pulled a broken down HMMWV out of a wash. 2008 PreRunner 4.0L - 3" spring lift with Bilstein 5100s, ARB bumper, rear sway arm. Old Reliable, been around, beat up, and still runs like a beast.
In the latest version of vF tune there is a file for a stock 2.7 map. It is not a "tune", just the map

The version will identify a 2.7 ecu, but not read it. The data logger throws a topenport error.

It seems Mathew is working on this between other projects - just not there yet.

The logger should work fine if the cable is plugged into the computer.

The logger does works on the 2017 with 2.7L. I tried with a different OBD cable and I am able to view this information from the ECU.

Are there any updates to the ECM file from the factory for these engines? I have access to the Ford stuff and it seems they release updates for all their modules, WEEKLY. hah Volkswagen was the same, it was insane how many modules ive reflashed back in my VW dealer days

I already have it downloaded and an interface, just wondering if anyone knew if Toyota had a revised flash file that they secretly rolled out without mentioning it. Ford is still releasing updates to the PCM's welllll after warranty periods have ended, its wild hah

There are several CUW files available depending on what calibration you are currently on. You can update them yourself easily. Outside the info that is readily available in my signature and on this site, there is nothing else.

Got nearly 30k miles on my 2.7.

I used to bitch about gear hunting on the highway at 70mph and above. It turns out the cruise control is where the issue is. Drive by wire works just fine. Cruise control doesn’t let the truck stay in overdrive and will downshift to 4th like it’s a bad itch.
