    My receipt shows a total of $165.00 having purchased thru the website with the free shipping sale from a while back. I assume I'm good based on the post from @KTJO 4x4 above where is shows those having only paid 159.91 as not yet covered....is my assumption right here?????

    If you paid $165, while choosing "Paying for an Item or Service", then Paypal keeps $5.09 of the money and KTJO only gets $159.91.
    In order for KTJO to net $165 if you choose the "Paying for an Item or Service" option, you'll need to make the payment for $170.09.

    Thank you. I appreciate this as it is on all of my threads and is stated very clearly.

    I’ll figure it out on the website side of things tho. That’s interesting it doesn’t give you the option to pick. If that is the fact I’ll have to adjust this bc that will be a pain. I’ll probably just do away with the fee and adjust the price. I do know that here soon I will be making it so that all payments are made on the website only. It makes it so much easier to track. Right now I have people sending me emails, PMs, and notes through the website on their orders. It would just be easier to have it all be placed through one spot.

    Things are getting more organized each and every day. It’s crazy to look back a year ago and see where things were then. Thank you for everyone being patient. Especially since I just created this website.

    okay so it seems like we should assume anyone that has purchased thru the website then owes this money as PP gave no option for the type of money transfer method, i.e. friends or payment. I have no way of knowing whether @KTJO 4x4 was charged a convenience fee or not. I'll assume she was and I'll make the payment now.

    @KTJO 4x4 PMed me her 'seller' view of the PayPal invoice where it shows that the payment via the website did indeed have the $5.09 fee taken from her. We as buyers don't have this view. So its pretty much confirmed that if you purchased via the website, PP took it as a purchase transaction and thus took the fee from @KTJO 4x4. Therefore you owe the $5.09 back.

    I went on and adjusted it on the website to account for the fee just like I had to adjust for it on eBay with the shipping to make up for the fee. On eBay when you pay it charges shipping for the Tailgate Locks, but when they order through PayPal they just do friends and family so they only pay the $95. So it really just depends on how you want to order. It is up to you now. It will be $170.09 on the website or $165 through PayPal for friends and family.

    Look Katie, I have NO paypal account, and don't intend to get one, under any circumstances. PM me with an address or something and I will gladly send you a check. But there's no way to send you money via PayPal unless we both have accounts, and there's no way I'm going to open an account.

    I'm not trying to make things difficult, but either let me send the chack, or give me some other means. If' not possible, then refund the $177.80 to my card and I'll re-order once you straighten out the website ordering process.
