So I have 5100’s and OME 888’s, I didn’t notice till it started getting a little cooler, around October that I had a low groaning/rumbling noise. Took it to my mechanic because my warranty was out, he instantly pulled the infamous TSB to replace the whole front end, I initially thought it was my needle bearing and he stated if that was the case the gears could still be messed up, so then I contacted my dealer , purchased an extended warranty and tried to schedule an appt to diagnose, I’m assuming they took it for a ride, and the tech stated that “ my tires were aggressive and too loud and vibrated excessively and my rotors were warped ” I replaced my Falkens with a fresh set and my rotors. So today I noticed that it sounded louder, so I put it in 4Hi, and the noise is still there, so I don’t think it’s my needle bearing. I do have another appointment scheduled, I’m just hoping they don’t tell me it’s my tires again

Gonna try replacing my hubs/bearing assembly on both sides and then if it still groans, it’s going to the dealer so they can rip it apart
