Selling my Leer 100XR cap in MGM. It is for a long bed (6') & has the following options: frameless curved rear door, factory tinted side and rear windows, twist handle lock w/ flip-up weather cover, 50/50 sliding windows w/ screens, interior carpet headliner, battery dome light towards the cab, 12V dome light towards the rear, insulated roof, recessed third brake light, removable front slider window, interior double fishing rod hanger & Thule aero blade roof racks.

It comes with the t nuts & bolts that fasten the cap to the factory bed rails and both keys for the rear window lock. The gas props don't have enough juice to hold up the rear window but I prefer it that way. I can include a new set of props. The paint has also chipped off the rear window twist handle. It has a handful of minor scratches but has only been hand washed approx. once a week and waxed every 2-3 weeks.

Asking $2,400 OBO. Cap is located in Long Island, NY

No thanks but hoping you find a home for it! I got rid of the MGM truck and already ordered a cap for the other truck.

Did you have to add a leaf for the rear leaf springs in order to keep it level? How heavy is this cap?

If you have some pictures of how it looked like inside can you post them?

    Thanks

I didn't add a leaf for the rear. I am not exactly sure how heavy it is but two people can lift it no problem so I would guess somewhere around 150 - 200 lbs. It always looked like the extra weight of the cap made the truck level but maybe that was my wishful thinking.:spy:
I am going to dig through my phone to see if I have any pictures of the inside. I just took it off the truck so worst case I can always open up the window and snap some from the ground.

Thank you. I appreciate the response. I saw someone in another thread a while ago stating he did the add a leaf to keep it level so was wondering if that's required....
