How much more is GST pricing on invoice / retail on average, also does anyone have a list of GST port installed options, i am ready to order a 17 and want to be prepared when going to dealer with list.

Is the invoice pricing on the 7566 correct? Dealer told me 32,153. I'm assuming he was lying and adding an extra grand on top of invoice. Just wanted to confirm. Thanks!

    7566 DCLB 4x4 Sport $32,153 + destination fee $940 + $633 advertising fee + $579 tow + TTL (CA)

I also qualify for the $750 new grad rebate.

    What do you guys think?

Also stupid question... But when calculating TTL is it all of those above fees? or price of car + equipment

I managed to "claim" a 2017 7545 with prem/tech and tow for $500 over invoice from a high volume dealership in Nashville.

$34,735 plus tax title. MSRP was $36,995.

Advice for anyone dealing within Gulf States Toyota or Southeast Toyota... get out now. They add on thousands worth of total bull shit that you more or less cannot get around. I had numerous unpleasant experiences attempting to get $500 over invoice from SET dealerships... it only took 1 salesman outside of SET to get exactly what I wanted ordered for $500 over invoice. Some negotiating was required but it was pretty painless.

I had to do the same thing to get the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. Had to leave Mississippi and buy from a dealer in Memphis.

for all those looking, I will not track SET/GST pricing on anything. since they are not bound by Toyota USA they can do whatever they want (and its a very big grey area) and have no repercussions. a lot of the stuff they have are profit padding if your are not an informed customer.

don't get me wrong some dealers in those regions are great, but overall I have seen more issues than good via the forums.

as others have stated, get out of those regions if you can and find people willing to sell you a vehicle, not give you headaches. and ask people that have had good experiences (or bad since those stick out easier) with dealers in the area you are looking to ease your buying experience.

1 Micro USB to USB Cable in One Meter Length
1 Apple MFi Certified Lightning to USB Cable inOne Meter Length
1 Apple MFi Certified Lightning to USB Cable in Two Meters Length

just plug your usb cable that you get with your phone into the usb port and charge away for free.

Having a problem with price negotiations. When I quote the invoice prices in the first post of this thread, dealers ask me where I got this information from and return with a higher number they claim is invoice. What should I say when they ask me where my numbers came from?

Is he quoting a 2017? The invoice price did go up. See model 7545 for example.

Tell them from Toyota documents , show them you know what you are talking about. Give them model number of what you are looking at , kbb.com has invoice price on 16's also . Do Not Hesitate to walk away , give them your number , I go lower (want to pay $500 max over invoice) tell them $200. Before going I find similar trucks in area , then I tell them , they have these similar trucks (give name of dealers ) , if you don't want to do the deal , I'll drive there. If they let you leave I normally get a call back quickly.

Does anyone still use a COSTCO quote when shopping for a truck? That's what I did a year ago and received two quotes below the invoice price.

How do I obtain a costco price (besides becoming a member)? If costco pricing is really that good I may just get the membership.

Are you dealing in SET or GST? If so the invoice numbers may not actually match. I had a couple of SET dealerships say my numbers were off.. one even pulled a sheet showing invoice but it was a bit sketchy looking and they were very reluctant to let me see it. It was roughly $1k over the numbers in the original post and they went on to say SET has extra charges they (the dealership) can't get around. I told one dealer that I'd just go to Tennessee to get around all of this SET shit and they ended up waiving some of them... still never got to $500 over invoice though. In the end I did leave SET and the first dealership I dealt with had no problems with these numbers or $500 over invoice after some negotiating.
