So I removed the OEM running board steps for the TRD PRO and where the bolts used to be it’s a empty hole, should I plug it up or something? The Toyota dealership told me they don’t have the factory plugs.

Lowe's! You can get all of them for $10-$12 bucks. You need 12 total plugs.

I plugged them. I used rubber washers and anti-seize to seal them up tight.

I still have factory plugs if anyone wants them. Truck was totaled so, I won't be needing them.
