There's a few posts on it, but they all are dead before an answer.
    2023 TRD OR.
I switched to led BULBS only with resistors. When I did my turn and brake worked, but I lost tail, front marker, and license plate. I switched the assembly to Alpha Rex, and have the same problem.
The 7.5 fuse is good, I replaced it. And it has battery power. There has to be a simple answer and I don't know what it is.
I can't find a relay for them. Is it possible I cooked a wire? BCM? I don't know enough about electrical or these trucks to be honest.

    Any help is appreciated.

did you try to switch back to the OE bulbs and headlights?
I would go there next after having checked fuses.

there is no relay, blinkers are controlled by the ECM

I did. I put the old bulbs back in and flipped them all every way possible.

I was a little mad I bought an "LED package" and my rear bulbs were incandescent. In my genius mind I thought, well that's a simple fix.... man was I wrong.

So somewhere someone had an answer to this, the final consensus was I burnt out the fuse block under the driver's seat. I am supposed to pick it up tomorrow and I can post a picture.

My wallet is recommending you don't make the mistake I did and use resistors.
