Hey everyone, first time poster here. Hope you folks are able to provide me with some insight.

I have a 2017 SR 2.7L, with 53k miles on it. I live in a snowy area so i use 4x4 pretty regularly. Im not much of a speed demon, and the truck doesn't go that fast anyways, so I dont tend to drive it very aggressively.

Over the past couple months I have noticed the transmission have a few hard shifts every so often. It would usually be when I was trying to turn onto a road, so when I would press the gas it would rev up, before clunking into gear and going. It didnt occur often, but it has happened.

The other morning on my way to work, it happened again. This time the TRAC OFF and CEL both came on. There is a shop at my work so I drove it easy to get to our shop to read the codes. Anytime I would go over 30 MPH the TRAC OFF light would turn off, but CEL stayed on. Under 30 TRAC OFF would come back on.

Code reader gave me P2714, "Pressure Control Solenoid 'D' Performance or Stuck Off"

Reset the codes and the lights havent come back on. I drove the truck home, and to the dealer and it seems to be driving fine.
Checked the fluids and they seem fine as well.
Has anyone experienced similar issues? How did you approach?
I went to stealership because it is supposed to be covered under the powertrain warranty, but they wanted 150$ just for diagnostics. Id like to avoid giving them that if possible.
