This might be worst looking fob I've ever seen lol. I know it's going to stay in the pocket but damn, looks like they dug up one of the first fobs ever made to design after.

I hear Toyota did this on purpose to keep your ride "incognito"... prevents someone from wanting to steal your keys while you're at the Sports Bar (watching Vols lose to Sooners) and then running out to the parking lot for a joyride.

I am going to lean towards cheap. TFT Truck was laughing at the key fob for new Tundra (I think it was a Tundra). It was straight from the 90's

Unfortunately, most trucks (at least in Socal) are lifestyle trucks. Hardly any do any work. Mines always loaded up with tools. Even the TRDs spend the vast majority of the time on paved roads to and from work.

Hauling a motorcycle around is trucky. Lifestyle, but still trucky.

The front shot ***edit - OF THE BOTTOM GRILL OPENING *** makes it look kinda like a KIA truck...........

Glad to see the tailgate is reinforced to not bend loading/unloading motorcycles. Wondering how often it visited the bump stops with it loaded down or some miracle has occurred where they decided to use leafs for a truck instead of from a small car like they have for last 10 yrs. +2 on the super long side shot. It'll be nice getting feedback from actual use vs. sales propaganda and hype to sell them. I do like the hood lines around the skewp where it looks to be embedded vs. stuck on top.

The 2016 Tacoma looks nothing like a Kia. Lay off the PCP. =)

What bikes do you have YZ250?

I was wondering if you had two big bikes and still be able to close the tail gate. I can't really tell with those three pictures.

    Thanks!!

Oh and let us know how it feels to tow with the truck :)

The truck tows nice. But the load was too lite. I am going to tow an enclosed trailer some times this year.

Its a ktm 525exc and a xt225. The tailgate is closed with a ReadyRamp bed extender.

That key fob looks terrible. I wonder why Toyota wont go to remote start systems like GM? It sure is nice to get a vehicle warmed up and ice melted off a windshield before getting into it or cooled off in a blistering hot parking lot before getting in also.

Just changes the shifting points. I turned it on when I was towing. It keeps it in the powerband, which decreases fuel mileage.
