    Yes they use hydraulic pressure. But its nothing like a hydraulic ram.

    He means full hydro steering. My samurai is full hydro. You put it up against a rock and it will move the rig without issue .

    Ive talked to scorpion motorsports, down here in vegas, they have helped me sort out issues ive had and helped me alot with some of the stupid questions i have had.

    Last time i talked to them they offered to build me a set of spindles to correct the geometry, at a price of course. Id hit them up and see if they have any interest in doing the project themselves. They do some really awesome builds and just finished up an insane buggy.

    Full hydro comes at a price though, there isnt a mechanical linkage to the steering, so if you blow a line you usually lose all steering. Not the best for daily drivers. Im still working out the kinks im my setup, mostly geometry, that spindles would fix.
