    Hey my Yota gang,

I'm in need of some help! I'm semi novice when it comes to vehicle suspensions and have some easy questions for someone willing..

    1. I have OME BP-51s, and I'm being told they need rebuilt due to leakage. I'm not the original buyer, so no warranty.. my question is, is it worth rebuilding them, or is it a waste of money? Will I just into issues again due to improper rebuild?

    2. I have All-pro uniball UCA's that are as squeaky as can be! I also have a pair of identical UCA's that were gifted to me from the original owner due to them rubbing after install. Is it worth trying to use the ball and bushings from my extra (rubbing) pair, to rebuild my current pair?
Or should I just buy a new different set?

    3. With 265's and OME suspension, what would you buy for replacement UCA's?
In Utah with crazy Salted roads.. ballpoint not uniball I'm thinking..

Really appreciate any advice! Thanks Yota Fam!

What's the cost of rebuild vs new set up? My guess rebuild is well worthwhile. As for uca's I would steer away from uniball, specially in salty areas, alot of attention needed, were salt is used. I would look into JBA w/ sealed ball joint or similar.

Rebuild is dramatically cheaper. You're right, probably worth a try!
Thanks for the confirmation, sealed balljoint it is!

The one who dies with the most stuff wins.
Uni-ball is not going to last in salty conditions. They salt the crap out of the roads here. Go with JBAs with a balljoint and you will be glad you did.
