    Would anyone know where to find a 3rd Gen tailgate without 'TACOMA' imprinted on it?
    I don't know if it's a new law (within the last few years) but every newer pickup truck, EVERY truck, Chevy, Ford, Dodge, Nissan, Toyota have it on their tailgate. I would like mine to NOT have it.

    Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
    So take the tailgate to a body shop, have them fill the imprint with Bondo, and then repaint it. Issue resolved.

    saw a 3rd gen tundra last month with a blank tailgate. It was super white as well so it actually looked okay.
