    The 2GR-FKS has a timing chain. Toyota hasn’t used belts for a while.

    Typically toyota V6's see issues around 200,000-300,000 miles, usually lack of maintenance caused.

    The chain can stretch or tensioners can fail. Routine oil changes is all you really need to prevent those.
