    Original windshield?

I had mine replaced by a substandard unit originally and it became an absolute nightmare for a few months trying to get one leak-free.

Did anybody find a solution to this because it’s driving me nuts I have cleaned all of the places that have been suggested the only thing I could think of is to clean out the AC drain better but I don’t know what to clean it out with I don’t want to just spray brake clean up in there

I already blew it out really well with an air compressor it didn’t seem blocked up at all and I didn’t get any extra water out of it I thought maybe there was a smalls amount of debris at the very bottom of the tube that I could get out with some type of cleaner but I don’t know what type of cleaner to use like a chemical of some kind

Both are Stock - built correct from the start.
Has anyone figured this out yet?

I just left dealer for 45K service. I've been dealing with this drip since day one of driving it off the new truck lot in '19. Now nine dealer visits later they still can't fix it.
    1. It is from air conditioning condensation. Does not do it if "recirc" is on. Only when bringing in warm humid outside air. So here if Florida that is most of time ac is on.
    2. Nothing to do with clogged drain hoses or cowl vents. All have been checked.
    3. Seems to drip more upon left turns but does drip constantly.
    4. Comes out of evaporator coil case. But I haven't found a pic or diagram of how it could be flowing out.
    5. After repeated explanations by me Toyota techs cannot duplicate drip in their cool air-conditioned shop. Because its NOT humid in there !!!

I have not found anything to fix this. I am back on line again trying to fix it. I haven't found anything of any reliability everything is clean and it only does it when it's very humid out I have a drip pan set up so it drips on to the WeatherTech so it won't get on the floor but it's still annoying.

How humid is it where you live? I’m in Houston and this happens on really thick days. The condensation drips off onto the floor. When I reach up and feel around there’s just cold condensate.

I do get the drips sometimes too.
I did get the extended hose drain underneath, but every now and then it drips again.

How about this, next time it does it, post up, and if I don’t get it that same time, we gotta look further into it.

I live just outside Boston, so hopefully you live somewhere close that we get super similar weather, unlike East vs West MA.

the drains on mine are completely clear. i think it's condensation from humidity. It only happens when I'm in and out of my truck a lot in humid weather.
