So selling my stock wheels from a 2017 TRD Sport. Potential buyer wants to know if these will fit a 2006 4Runner? Any ideas? Same bolt pattern?

    Yes.

Modern Tacoma wheels fit all 6-lug Toyotas. Toyota used to use the 2G TRD Sport wheels on that era 4Runner.

So I have several guys interested in the wheels and tires and coming this weekend. The guy I've talked to the most has a 2006 Tundra and is wanting to confirm fitment. As far as I can tell that model year came with the same size 17X7.5 wheels and 265/65/17 tires as the new TRD Sport wheels/tires I have. He's asking about offset? I really don't understand exactly what the offset number means and can't seem to find any good info anywhere? Any thoughts? He was going to call the dealer in the morning but I doubt he gets any good info out of them.
