3rd Gen White Tacomas - Post them up!

Picked it up this week! 22 SR5 DCSB 4x4 I love it! This is my first Toyota and first Tacoma. Had a Ridgeline before this. Had to do a few things to it to make it “mine”. I swapped out the 245/75/16s for some 265/70/16 Toyo AT3s. I installed a factory roof rack, and a TRD Grille.

Yea yea. Ridgelines not a real truck I get it. But I’ll tell ya, it was damn good in the snow. And I do miss that trunk it had. But I will say to your point- I do like driving a real truck

Hey guys and gals! Originally came from a 2020 tundra Trd offroad 4x4 crewmax, traded it in for a 2022 corolla hybrid (traded that in and had really good equity in it) and today I just picked up a 2022 Tacoma Trd offroad 4x4 double cab short bed at msrp at Longo Toyota in SoCal that I’m keeping until it dies. Love reading this forum and getting some insight. I look forward to getting to know more about this awesome truck.

Nice! Yeah I’m already loving it! Do you know if they changed the tires on the 2022 model year? My wife’s sister’s boyfriend has a 2021 model and the tires don’t seem as aggressive as mine

 

Yup! They added nubs (if you will) to the side walls to give them a more aggressive look. Same tire otherwise. Still, a smart move on Toyota’s part.

Hey guys, new here. I picked up my 2016 TRD Off Road back in April. This is my first truck ever and I definitely live an on road lifestyle so I didn’t mind the 2wd. Even though sometimes I feel like the truck equivalent of a v6 “muscle” car lol. First two pics are the day I got it. The rest are with mods.

Greetings everyone! I have a 2022 Trail Edition on order with a tentative delivery lead time of mid September. I originally ordered it in Army Greem but with supply chain issues and with my truck is getting built so close to the model change, that color became unavailable. I’ve got an affinity for white vehicles so I decided to go with super white. I’ve owned two other SW trucks in the past (both Tundras) and I think it’s going to look killer with the black and bronze accents. I’ll definitely post pics when it gets here
