I have replaced the front differential 4WD Actuator 2x in the last 2 yrs. I am having trouble with truck getting stuck in 4 wheel drive and the light on dash blinks. I only drive truck on the street

Driving on the street in 4wd could be part of the problem.

Are you driving through deep standing water frequently?

You could swap the non-ADD FJcruiser tube and half-shaft in, and tuck the actuator into a small waterproof box up inside the engine bay (so the unit is protected, and the 4wd ecu can get feedback for it moving, without actually needing to engage the halfshaft)
