3rd gens with aftermarket wheels & NO LIFT

Yeah I got it on my upcoming 2021 OR.....its not here yet..so living vicariously through you! Now I am a LED and mooonroof elitist..when I am out I see which Taco has LED package or Moonroof.

 

What's the facination for the Moon Roof?
I have one in mine, but it wasn't by choice.

 

0 fascination. My 2018 is a SR utility, I don't have keyless entry, much less a moonroof. I was getting a SR5 DCLB, no LED or moonroof. But happenstance ended up with a truck WITH a moonroof, similar to you, it wasn't by choice.

Its just that now I know its part of the expensive premium package.... a 25K tacoma and 45K tacoma aren't the same..and now I know how to spot some things....

My curiosity led me to ask was all.
Even with the difference in packages, I have my likes and dislikes with the new one as a whole. Partly because I still have my 2004 model parked next to it.

 

Do share. I dn't have my 21 in hand yet. Mine is a OR DCLB 4x4. Looks like similar to yours. Would love to know some of the dislikes.

My 01 Double cab is my favorite Tacoma. Its still on our farm, 651K miles. Poverty spec model essentially.

Not "compared" pursey, just that given "technology" "should be" a standard once established as vehicles have advanced.

My 04 "to me" is much more a truck, even without the technology these days. And it was the top of the line model back then.

I thought about posting my lay-up. Problem being, I used someone else's image of theirs, due to it already had a SnugTop installed. And the side profile was the best I could find.

I searched all over for the "Super White" in a large side profile, without any luck.!!

Very nice I like the way the trim rings look on the silver (but I am biased ). Debating on getting an extra set and swapping out my painted black ones.

2021 with 17” Ray10 Matte Gunmetal wheels. Running Michelin 265/65/17 LTX AT2 tires.

I have a moonroof.

 

I originally wanted the black/silver versions, then saw a few SSM with these graphite/silver and I had to do it.

 

Not technically aftermarket wheels, but i’ll throw my setup in the mix.
265/75/16 bfg at ko2s on 2020 trd pro rims
No lift, stock trd sport suspension for now. Falcon sport tow/haul leveling shocks soon

 

not really aftermarket but they are the trd sema wheels with falken wildpeaks 265/70/17
