Welcome back Jeff. I have a red 2012 Baja and I love that thing. If it makes you feel any better, the TRD exhaust seems to have mellowed a little and gotten a deeper tone to it after a few thousand miles of driving. I hated it on day 1, but I am feeling better about it.

As for the all weather flooring, I am not sure what that is. Mine is fully carpeted and I picked up a full set of front and rear WeatherTech's. Love em.

Let me know how the tire thing turns out. I would like to go with something a little larger in height. There is a lot of vertical clearance, but not a lot of extra horizontially from the front to back of the wheel wells.

Nice! I could have totally done without the carpet. But the WeatherTechs do a good job and make cleanup real easy. Pull them out, shake them off, go on my way. :)

I had them "throw" in the Tacoma carpet mats. I like that they snap in.

Good to know on the exhaust. The truck seems to be getting better and better as she gets more miles. I am only at around 550 right now.

What was your MPG for the first 1000? Right now I am getting 13, which isn't what I expected. I am staying out of the gas, however I do have to climb a decent grade to and from work, people think its the autobahn so I am usually at 75mph @ 3-3200 RPM for about a mile.

I will let you know on the tires. I think a larger tire would be a nice touch.

    The 265/70/16 is about a 30.5 x 10.5 I think a large 31 x 11.5 would be clutch.

    Did some work this weekend.

Removed the all-weather flooring, added carpet.

Moved the A-Trac Button over, mounted switches for LED light bar.

So I am sorry for the noisey, soft photos.

Anyways, thought I'd snap some photos before she gets old!:D

Love the truck. I love all of your past three trucks! How do you like the black paint (I have a white taco now, but want a baja and white is not avail). Also, how easy is it to mount that light bar if I do it myself?

Any chance I can get the link to that light bar? Also can you go over how you installed it? I want to jack your style :)

FYI, the WeatherTech digital fits use the stock front floormat anchors and the rear covers so well that its never going to move around. They dont actually use the snaps in the back, but trust me, its not moving. :)

Wow!!! 13 MPG? I am generally getting 20-21 on the highway and about 17 or 18 in the city. I have some grades as well, so I think 13 is way lower than you should be.

Thank you, it was VERY easy... all I did was drill a hole in the frame horns (the aluminum) and I was done.

Still in my garage, one offer pending, if you're interested PM me.
