Do I have enough power to handle a small camping setup in the bed, along with a small trailer? I have upgrades to the intake, heads, and exhaust. I have also uograded the rear shocks and added a leaf...

Yeah, you should be okay with a 4 cylinders

The v6 is for towing or hauling big and heavy things, so a small camping setup with a small trailer shouldn't be too much for a 4 cyl

Jealous. Out of my budget at the moment though. And not as tool privy as you. But i wiuldnt mind finding an old truck bed trailer to do that to, rust rattle can it and new bigger tires.

believe it or not I only have a little over a grand invested in the trailer, not including the RTT, and most of that was the front extension.
