Straight to the meat and potatoes, I have a 2004 with a 3rz. The engine has 265k miles and is going to need a rebuild because of some mechanical “deficiencies” ie blowby burnt valves, leaky head gasket… So here is my question, is it worth it to pull my engine and have a machine shop rebuild it or to purchase a crate engine to swap in. I am fortunate enough to be able to afford either option and im more interested in what option is more effective for longevity and performance. I am considering an LCE long block if anyone has experience with their engines and products. Any and all experience is appreciated!

It's less Tacoma and more mod
I've heard the LCE blocks are good, Sunwest here in WA builds regular ol 3RZs too and ships everywhere.
