My truck starts squeaking every time I shift in to a drive gear (D,2,L) but when in Park or Neutral it's completely silent. The squeak gets louder if I have my A/C running in conjunction. Occasionally it won't squeak while in drive but starts again once I turn the A/C on.

Likely your a/c belt, try tightening it. There's a tensioner on the compressor
