3rz no spark

97 4runner 3rz manual

Cranks, no spark at any cyl

at coil connectors
no 1 pin shows no voltage with key on or off
no 2 pin flashes test light while cranking
no 3 has 5v with key on

I'm thinking I have a ground issue, will check all grounds tomorrow

throwing p0100 and p0115 codes, shouldn't prevent spark though
maf and ect

 

I should be getting battery voltage at the coil with the key on right?

 

Nevermind, downloaded manual...

So. I got everything figured out. Was throwing a P0115 code and have a very hard start when cold. Would stay running and then start fine once warm. Was having to start it on ether when cold. Found a thread where someone had the same issue and the P0115 code. Had no idea it would cause such a problem. Fixed the wiring to the plug and it fires right up, just like that! Anyway hopefully this will help someone somewhere on a google search or something.
