    I’m looking for info on 3rz swapping my 07 that originally had a 2TRFE I bought it blowed up there’s 3 holes in the block so no way to rebuild it I’ve been trying to find another 2TR that’s affordable with no luck I have a 3rz donor truck tryin to see if anyone has did this swap before

    It would be vastly better to source a 2TR FE vs swapping in a 3RZ FE. I know that you stated in your post that 2TR FE engines are difficult to find but you must prevail.

    Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
    Technically it can be done… but will it be emissions legal? No, will the rest of the truck work properly.. mostly. Would it be a downgrade in performance? Yes.

    Best to put the proper engine in… no point in downgrading motors (granted they’re very similar) to save a bit of money.. because then you’ll be spending the rest of the money saved in making the ecu work with your truck
