    Can someone please take a picture of their exhaust bracket that bolts the transmission to the down pipe? I am missing mine and want to make sure I order/install the right thing. My manifold to down pipe exhaust gaskets keep blowing out assuming due to the flex there.

    Is it possible for you to make something ?

    Exhaust hanger and clamp.

    Is it possible your getting poor gaskets ??

    The first time the exhaust is unbolted that bracket gets tossed .

    I have never seen one on a truck

    I hope you can get a picture Best of Luck

    Is your manifold the stock one or something else?

    Thrown away you say?! :(:mad::confused::eek:o_O:angrygirl::annoyed::frusty::facepalm::lalala::lalala:

    I've fought that cursed bracket a total of 4 times working on my transmission, and I always reinstalled it cause I thought the exhaust needed that front support. FML

    @Russianman92 if you don't mind waiting 9 hrs from now I'll have those pictures taken for you

    Original post was two and a half months ago. If he has waited this long, he surely won't mind waiting an extra 9 hours. :p

    For the most any brackets that are a royal pain to install get left off .

    Even more so in this part of the world with the rusted goodies.

    About the only stock brackets are the ones by the muffler because the come on the muffler and the other end is the bar on the cross member

    All the others are universal hangers and clamps on every Toyota 4x4 I have.

    The Exhaust Pipe Support Bracket 17571-0C050

    I believe this is the part that connects to the bellhousing, not sure if it comes with the ring clamp, need to investigate more, also need to find bolt part number aswell. Going to dealership to see if they have a bigger picture exploded view by providing them this pn.
