3yo German Shepherd needs a good home (Raleigh, NC area)

I have a gsd and a cattle dog in a apartment. It's not that hard

 

I agree. I wouldn't do it unless the dog was raised in a apt.

 

Beautiful dog. If we didn't already have 3 furry children and our first human born, I'd be interested in fostering him until a good home is found. I'll pass the information along and will let you know if I find something for you.

Right?! Who the fuck does this? I mean seriously you must be insane dude. I feel bad for that traumatized dog whose life will never be normal. And the kid now thinks that physically abusing a dog and forcing it into the streets to never come back is the right thing to do because daddy said so. Sickening.

 

Yup. I've said before that I wanted to get rid of my dog just because let's be real, sometimes you wanna pull your hair out!but I would never and could never do that, But if you train your dog everyday and train hard it's SO worth it in the long run. That guy probably never trained his dog and that's why he said the 2x4 thing.

I think the OP has a very valid reason for wanting to rehome his dog, he obviously loved him, trained him, and cared for him. I just hope he goes to a GOOD home. One that won't beat the dog with a 2x4. These dogs need strong confident handlers.

Nice shepherd, if you were closer I would take him in a second. Paid over 1500 10 years ago for the shepherd I have now.

Very handsome GSD! I hope you find him a happy home. Would love to take him on but I do not think that our 7yr old GSD with his bad knees can handle a young fella like Thor. He's already having to deal with a puppy Schnauzer. I will ask our Vet if he knows of anybody.
