    Hello group,

My 4.0 has 102,000 miles and & I changed my 3 idler pulleys about 4 months ago. I'm sure mostly due to water and mud than actual mileage. Now, the pulley that's on the belt tensioner is making noise but the tensioner is fine. Can I just change the belt tensioner pulley and not the entire belt tensioner itself?

If so, what's the part #?

    Thanks forum

Let us know how you make out with this. I was going to put on the NAPA pulley, but I thought there was not enough thread exposed on the reverse thread bolt, due to a different design and offset of the replacement pulley. It would be hard to find a longer bolt, so I did not do this pulley yet. Thanks

I ended up buying the whole tensioner and just installing the pulley
