I was going to change the oil in my wife's vehicle, but I bought motor oil instead of engine oil.

Any aftermarket exhaust that is louder than stock makes the 4.0L V6 sound like dog fart. The TRD exhaust is the most bearable of them all.

The only great sounding V6 engines with aftermarket exhaust is the Nissan VQ series engines.

Eliminate all rasp with a custom equal length ypipe. Custom exhaust done right sounds way better than stock!!

Have a Dynomax Turbo on mine. Sounds good low and like a v6 up high. Not too bad though. A little bit of rasp around the 2k -2.5k mark. Livable.

This or URD's equal length Y-pipe/cat back. The combination of equal length headers and equal length Y-pipe make for a truly refined sound, out of the 1GR. Mufflers are still to the beholder's ears.

The next best sound is an unequal length turbo setup. Which ends up sounding like the prodigal offspring of a 370 Z (VQ) and a Boxer engine with a Tomei exhaust. Mmm. Yeah. I love my exhaust symphony.

I'm running DTLT headers and an AT2525XL. It sounds good at idle and cruise, at WOT it sounds like a pissed off weed wacker. Thinking about adding a resonator.

    A resonator will really help.

    Yes. Yes someone did.
