    i do think it is a little more efficient, i have a 2011 4 runner limited (full time 4x4) my wife drives i and it has been averaging about 21 mpg. i have never been there with the taco even before the supercharger.

    I bet the 4runner has less drag coefficient thus better mileage

    For 4runner It's .36 Tacoma is .44 for the 2011. Thus the Tacoma will take more power to push it through the atmosphere! Reducing MPG

    My wife has the 2010 fj and I have a 2010 taco. Hers is definitely quicker off the line. Both are 4x4, lifted 3", with 285s.

    So it has nothing to do with the fact that the fj has 30 more hp?

    If I swapped from leaf springs to coil springs would it show on the dyno?

    The fj's coils won't make a difference. It's the linked rear that makes the difference.

    Not to mention the added weight your SUV has over the drive wheels adding grip. Ever put snow in your bed to get better traction on icy days?

    I guess i'll be the retard to ask the dumb question. Why cant you convert a regular vvt-i into a dual one. What physical piece is different, and why can things just be swapped out?

    It is possible, but it will be negligible. Besides, the Ratings they advertise are at the flywheel, not the wheels if that is what you were getting at
