    Has anyone just replaced the pulley on the Serpentine belt tensioner? Is one of the idler pulleys a direct bolt on?

    You have to buy the whole assembly. You can’t buy just the pulley. You can however replace the bearing in the pulley as long as the pulley itself is in good shape. I ordered a 5203-2RS bearing just last week and replaced mine.

    I ordered it from one of our vendors at work. I’m pretty sure you can order them from Amazon.

    bearing distributors inc was the name of the place I ordered mine.

    How hard it is to replace the entire tensioner vs. just the pulley bearing?
