4.0 V6 Head Gasket Leak

    Yeah I was the unlucky one but after I did everything about $2200; head gasket, values, serpentine belt, pulley tensioners, water pump, breaks, refill ac, spark lugs, filters, fluids etc. Truck runs as good as new maybe even better got rid of ticking noise from engine too.

    not bad enough to set off the computer maybe? you should be good. I thought about the head gasket sealer that you pour in but Im keeping truck for long time better to repair it right way I guess.

    Is this near the power steering pump area? My truck is having similar buildup near that and the dipstick area. I've been meaning to clean it but haven't got to it yet. Was thinking of having it steam cleaned for a fresh start and follow up from there. I check my oil at least once a week, not low and basically lined up in the middle or so on the dip stick. No misfires, overheating etc. Also getting a leak under my pulley area, but I had the crank seal, I think its that haha, replaced early last year. I have to get new pictures and post up here soon
