I installed some cam gears from URD a while back. I missed timing by a tooth on the drivers bank but fixed it shortly after noticing. after I fixed it I noticed a whining almost like some sort of blower. I'm thinking its probably something with the chain tensioners or guide? I bought it with a Unichip Q tuner on it and it currently has 5 maps on it. tune 1 is the factory settings and the rest are off the shelf tunes from Unichip. The truck has 275k on the odometer. I can't remember off the top of my head which side it was but one of the secondary chain tensioners seemed really stiff. I haven't noticed any difference in performance either. The engine has always had a tick as well. It got worse after a mystery breakdown I had about a year ago when I was decelerating for a turn the truck shuddered threw codes, lost power, then developed a horrendous knock. I towed it home and stupidly removed battery cables before I checked codes. When I started it up again it still knocked but didn't throw any new codes. I pulled the oil pan and checked rod bearings, they were normal, pulled valve covers and everything looked perfect. I put everything back together and the knock went away. Just had a loud tick that got quieter the more I drove it. The only thing I replaced was valve cover gaskets. Anyways if some of you older experienced fellas could take a listen to the video and give your two cents I would be very grateful.

(Edit) TC light is on because my clock spring does not have a steering angle sensor
