So I've come across this link
    http://home.ezonline.net/~jnburtman/deckplate.html

and like the idea of doing this till I get my TRD CAI.

    My questions are:

    1. Does this work on the 2011, where is the best place to do it? (I haven't looked very hard yet, stuck at work all day and by the time I get home its dark out).
    2. Would removing the 'pre-filter' be better or help as well? I found the link on the pre-filter removal mod but am confused to its a filter that sits on top of my filter, or if its a box that I remove.
    3. Is the dealer going to shit if I do this mod?

Only works for 1st Gens. You can remove the secondary filter and just drop in an AFE drop in.

Ha, ok sounds good. Figured there was a reason I couldn't find a write up on the 2nd gen for the Deckplate mod.

Guess its back to ripping out the pre-filter..
