    Yep, you can still hit the beach & then hit the snow on your way to the desert...in about an hour & a half. Same as you in L.A. just have to drive a little further, Matt (recklesstaco) sits in the middle of San Diego trail country, he's about 30 mins (or less actually) to the desert, 10 mins. to Pine valley, 15 to Corral Canyon
