So I’m putting a 4.5 inch lift on my Tacoma it is a pre runner and I’m wondering it’s gonna be a coil over and spacer on top do I need new spindles?

Just buy/use 4" Lift Spindles and you've accomplished your goal without farting around with suspension geometry

Sunk cost fallacy. Sell the coilovers and buy spindles.

Well, if you plan to achieve 4+ inches of lift with adj. coilovers... You'll have them preloaded way too much and you'll still come up short. And then you'll want to stack a spacer on top which will further diminish your ride quality. And then you'll have to get aftermarket UCAs because your alignment numbers will be all screwed up from using COs with a top hat spacer. And then you'll probably have to deal with driveline vibes or live with it.

SO just stop.... and sell your COs and buy lift spindles if all you are trying to achieve is 4" of lift on your PreRunner.

If you absolutely cant sell your COs because either #1 you're too attached to them or #2 nobody would want to buy them because they're from Alibaba....... then lower your expectations and settle for a 2-3" lift.
