    I have a set of 4.56 yukons for the rear of a taco. Bought for a 4cyl but as far as I know all the gears used are the same. Asking 180 Obo.

    As far as I know all the tacoma diffs use the same gear sets so it would fit either.

    33" mudders
    dont think thats true. i think5 lug and prerunner/4x4 use different gears. and the diff is different from a trd and an open diff.

    That's a negative... 8" and 8.4" diffs are different.

    From East Coast gear Supply's Chase Perry:

    The difference between 4cyl and V6 gears is .130. A v6 gear pinion head is .130 longer. Therefore you can run 4cyl gears in a elocker v6 diff by
    adding .130 to the factory shim for proper depth. A factory shim is .080
    so when running 4cyl gears the starting shim should be .210.
