4-5TH gear running rough

    Ok so 1-3 gear the motor is smooth as can be but as soon as I shift to 4th it starts to vibrate/run rough. Its not a driveline vibe, it feels like I shifted to a higher gear when going to slow. It just started a few days ago. What should I look at first?

    u joints?

    an 06 with non greaseable u joints its probably time for replacement!
