Has anyone had to have a gear install redone ? (I wish I was talented enough to have done the install myself ) I have had the gears installed for roughly 2 months. I have gone through the break in period and had the fluid changed. The problem I am running into is it feels as though the rear diff is actually engaging at low speeds when going around corners, going from a stop and making a turn or going around a round about. And it is a very loud clunk coming from rear end that you would not mistake for anything else. You can actually feel the tension building up until the POP. Yes I am trying to get back to the install to get this rebuilt. I am wondering why or what could be causing the rear diff to actually engage? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. This is on a 2016 Tacoma OR ( completely stock ).
