When I sit at a light/stop in drive the truck vibrates noticeably. In neutral/park or just driving it's smooth. 2016 with 6AT.

Maybe specify a generation of the 2.7 in your poll?

I have a feeling that as time passed items like motor mounts may have been improved to reduce NVH. Not to mention the improvements in ECU controls.

man crazy to think when coming from 1995 to present the way the 3rz changed and such. that engine still ticks lol very common with the 3rz.

Once it's warmed up it vibrates some at idle, but I can only really feel it through the gearstick, which I would expect to vibrate.

Mine vibrates even with new motor mounts.... Rpms at idle around 635-650 so i believe in spec. Its crazy doesnt misfire as for engine codes.

My 4 cyl taco has a noticeable pulsation at the steering wheel when in gear and at a stop light. Also occasionally will make a pop sound on a cold start up. Weird that this just started happening at around 12k miles, but didnt do this prior. anyone else?

That video of the 2020 idling sounds exactly like my 2006. It has a slight vibration, not too bad. This engine is designed with the block tilted slightly to help offset some of this vibration, but it's hard to avoid idle vibrations in a 4-cylinder engine.
