    No issues with payload.... highway driving is less than exciting.... I do at times struggle with selling it and getting a lifted diesel when I hit a head wind on the interstate....but 20 mpg, a solid engine and low maintenance is worth the trade off.

    That's why I got the 2.7 too. However when I swapped to these https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/laufenn-x-fit-at.408470/ 265/75/16 the gear ratio 5 speed M 4.10 gears for off-roading and hwy speeds was night and day way better.

    Had my son wash the taco and his jeep. Came out nice, until he dropped the buffer on the ground and proceeded to give the truck a nice new swirl/scratch paint job

    its a Toyota truck and that's all the modifications needed
    just changed out my Differentail oil and first tank after I got 23.83 I hope it holds out was getting barely 22mpg before
