185K miles. 4 cylinder, 2w double cab. 4 Speed AT.

Truck runs perfect. Trans shift through ALL gears perfectly, no issues.

    ONLY ISSUE:
When coming to a stop at a red light, foot on brake. Come to full stop. When letting off the brake, there is a "lurch," almost like trans went from Neutral to Drive.
It doesn't effect functionality, aside from it being annoying. Also would like to do preventative maintenance if it is a known issue.

When car is stopped, in PARK, at home or at work, when you put it in D, it also does the same "lurch" as above

Is this solenoid issue, trans mount issue?

    Appreciate the help

I had a similar problem 3 years ago, the 'lurch' was a series of small lurches, kind of a shudder.
Tried lots of solutions, including new front calipers.
The solution was new OEM rear brake shoes !!

If not OEM rear brake shoes, have you checked in possible axle wrap?

Does it do that on the shifter, does the shifter kind of jump in D? Cause that's pretty much normal.

Had a very similar issue years ago that took me a good while to diagnose; very discernible thunk/lurch when letting off the brakes from a complete stop. Thought it was a trans issue. Ended up being the driveshaft sticking on the slip splines. Especially prone to trucks with stock/worn out springs.

During braking, the force rotates the pinion downward (from the springs bending), thus elongating the driveshaft a bit. If the splines aren't REALLY, REALLY well lubed, they'll stick in place until you let off the brakes, letting the pinon pop back up and the driveshaft compress. No idea if that what you've got going on, but it could be.

VERY interesting. Front has 10mm pad left.
Not sure of rear... Thank you, will look into it!

That sounds ALMOST EXACTLY what it is

    Truck is COMPLETELY stock.

How would one fix this? Or just live with it?

Simplest way is to buy a grease gun, find all the zerk fittings on the driveshaft and lube them frequently.

Firmer lift springs can help a bit, as well.

Other than that, buying an anti-wrap bar is really the only way to eliminate the problem entirely. The BudBuilt traction bar, for example: http://www.budbuilt.com/new/traction_bars.html

Thank you so much. I will get a grease gun and do as you suggested.
