OME Suspension Kit, AFE Filter, Deck Plate Mod 235/85 16 on 16 hole spares.
Picked up my 1 piece drive line from the shop today after a 6 week wait. No more support bearing issues and a stronger shaft. The build is going waaaay slower than anticipated due to unforeseen funding losses, the 3-4" of snow that wont go away and no garage.

2.5" lift, 265/75r16 Cooper AT3, All Pro Front Skid, KBVoodoo bed rack, a bunch of other random stuff
    Mine...2.5" lift, 265/75 cooper at3s, yellow wire/diff breather mods

Tool box, kbvoodoo rails with cargo basket, hi lift and traction boards mounted to kbv rails, platform built in rear of cab.

It's simple but it gets the job done.

My mighty 3rz is really starting to struggle with the addition of the wildernest and being at 8000ft. Recently regeared to 4.88s and have use of 5th gear again but it still lacks hp to accelerate. Should be great off road though!

Too much weight for a 3RZ but works great offroad! :) selling my 2.7 and moving up to the bulletproof 5VZ. She will be missed.

315s! what elevation are you at? Mine really struggles above 7000' going uphill with 4.88s and 255s. I'm trying to hold off on adding more weight until I can add more horse power. Does fine off road though.

Normally Im pretty close to sea level, most of my pictures come from the 1500m-3000m elevation range. You don't have to go far in BC to hit the mountains. On some of the more extreme highways I'm in 3rd gear sitting around 4k rpm for a few km to maintain a reasonable speed but that's only when loaded up and travelling the alpine highways, daily driving the truck is fine

They came loose once because I was driving like an asshole on an fsr and dented my cab, after that I just strapped the crap out of them. It works better when they're upside-down the other way around the strap just crushes them

    Bringing this back to life.

Since my last post my truck has ubdergone some changes. Boys don't be afraid of weight; If you have a manual transmission that is. My dislike of the auto behind the 2trfe is widely known, so this post will be 5spd specific. If you have auto first off im sorry secondly start saving for a swap. Like I said don't be afraid of weight. If you gear your truck right you can build it pretty much the same as a v6 truck.
    Time for a picture
    IMG_20170612_195032_398_7e540c2318cc5440858a71aabd9b41e493cfcb0d.jpg
This is the most recent pic of my truck as you can see she's a fat bitch.

    Specs
    Armour
Cruisin off road plate bumpers front and rear (custom for 1" BL and swing out rear)
3/8ths full skid plate set( when I say full set i mean ifs plate to trans)
    Cruisin off road sliders
Ricochet aluminum lca skids (they were free)

    Expo AF stuff
Cruisin Off Road 4" rtt rack keeps the tent level with the high point of the roof
    Prinsu designs access rack
    Airflow snorkel
    Arb 50qt fridge/freezer
    Custom fridge platform in cab
    Tepui kukenam sky rtt
    Oz trail 2.5m awning

    Recovery
Smittybilt 9500lb winch with steel cable (it was on sale and im too cheap for synthetic)
Various recovery straps chain and shackles

    Suspension
King 2.5 coilovers with resis and 14" 700lb coils (worth every penny)
    Ome dakar leafs
Bcc shackle flip with stock shackle
Ironman 4x4 foam cell shocks out back
    1" Body lift

    Driveline
Yukon or nitro 4.88s front and rear I can't remember which brand
Arb air lockers front and rear

    Rims/tires
    BFG AT KO2 E 315/75R16
    Pro comp series 97 steelies

Its a lot of shit she weighs in around 5200lbs and still gets 20mpg that's right boys I'm the last person to have to fill up on every trip I go on. That's even after all the weight I've added. So don't be afraid of weight the truck can take it. Build your dream and enjoy

My 3Rz on 33x10.5s. I usually have a camper top with a rack, Tepui awning, Led lights and all that fun stuff that makes her look more "Expo" but I had to haul some junk to the dump and decided I would run no cap for a while. Hoping to get out an use my Expo Trailer soon!
