4" lift vs 6" lift on 2016 tacoma

    It also depends on your configuration. Is your truck a 4x2 or 4x4?

    If it's a 4x2, you can do a 4"

    If it's a 4x4, 6" is gonna get very expensive because you have to do more than just get a lift.

    I run 33" tires on a 2.5" lift with no rubbing at full compression... and I only lost 2 mpgs. If you are willing to cut your brackets why not do a body mount chop with seem weld grindered down? Cheaper and keeps the center of gravity lower.

    Bro updated to 37" on 3.5" lift on his tundra. Cut the body mounts and grind the pinch welds to keep the CG down for real off roading.

    Yep I have a 6" too and I have had no problems here either, I have factory angles and nothing is AFU it drives straight no vibrations at all. you just hae to have a good shop do it or do it yourself.

    I guess it depends on the individual's style, with your 3" lift what type is it and what size of 33s. I'm on the fence I have always loved that tall stance, but since I'm getting older, I need to think of how i can get in tall trucks! ???
