4 pin Connectors! need help

As i was hooking up my LED's yesterday, i went to plug them into one of the blank spots on the left hand side of my steering wheel and found 3 empty 4pin connectors just hanging there.
I have the base tacoma, and im pretty sure one is for the fog lights.
So here is my question... i ordered fog lights, the wires are hanging behind the fog light hole, so is it plug and play or do i need to put in a fuse or something?
And second question is, what are the two other 4 pin connectors i have hanging there?

 

I tried searching this and couldnt find any information about the three un used plugs.

 

Here's a picture of the three connectors (1 5 pin, 2 4 pin connectors)
Can someone tell me what these are for? and which one is for the fog lights?

And the 5 pin would be something else, leaving the black 4 pin to be fog lights?
