Fluffing for post count+ works best on Fridays. Have you flipped the Ypipe and stacked the exhaust out the hood yet?

I have no way of knowing this, but I'm going to say, "No, it won't fit."

Thank god. that was a blessing in disguise. U can do a rear axle dump down or bedside fender exit which would work 100x better, and u wouldn't deal with a shitty drone in ur face all day driving

still better than the exhaust pipe being inches to a foot away from ur windshield and parallel to it. It's still somewhat masked/kept away from ur face lol.
I cut mine off under the cab and could barely do the drone/smell, slapped a glasspack on it with rear axle dump down and couldn't be more happy. Truck still screams at 3k+ RPM's, but no in cab drone and can enjoy driving it

I was about to do something like that. It’s right behind the front tire and if you’re going up a hill at all you can’t hear anything but it’s cool sometimes and mines the v6

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

No... None of the 3rd Gen T4R hoods match the grill of the 1st Gen Taco.

The next question is why? Normally people are trying to modify the T4R to look like a 1st Gen Taco lol... That takes Fenders, hood, center core support, grill, and headlights.

So I guess I'll change my answer... Yes, the 2003 T4R hood will fit a 2003 Taco.... If you also replace the fenders, center support, grill and headlights.

You would have to do a full 4runner face lift on your truck for the hood to fit...there are a few photos floating around of people that have done it but it looks weird IMO.

If the hood scoop is what you're after, you're better off fabricating just a scoop onto your Tacoma hood

You're going to pay 180-250+ from a salvage yard... if you can find one... and if it's in decent shape. (At least that's what I'm seeing on PartsHotlines look up App)

Where are you located? Summit has pick up in NV, OH, GA, and TX
