Thanks. That's an old pic, just to answer the question. My Dad had borrowed it for several weeks while I worked on his 95 rusted frame. He insisted on that little ladder rack, even though he never used it. haha. This truck was literally rusted on every body panel when I got it 3.5 yrs ago. It has 160,000 now.

I now have some 16" 3rd Gen take-off on it (Firestone LE 245x16), as well as my camper shell in warm weather, and right now, my 15" A/Ts on the old steel rims for Winter. Here is the Summer time look:

Fox 2.0 Coilovers in the front and Fox 2.0’s in the rear, Total Chaos UCA’s, Al-lpro expo leafs, K&N cold air intake, TRD headers,Magnaflow catback exhaust,URD short throw shifter, switched out my 60/40 bench seat for some Tacoma Limited seats, Replaced the vinyl shift boot for a leather one, completely soundproofed the cab w/ Frost King. Replaced stock radio with a Pioneer AVH series head unit. Focal component system w/a 10" sub powered by 2 Alpine amps. Weathertech floor mats. Line-X'd the bed. SCS Ray 10’s, Installed an A.R.E. MX series camper shell. All-Pro Apex front bumper w/ All-Pro skid plates all the way back to the Trans. Low Range fuel skid plate.
This is my truck when I had 4Runner wheels on 285/75R16’s. It rubbed the frame and the stock UCA’s when flexed. I got the SCS Ray 10’s and Total Chaos UCA’s and it took my tire out further away from the frame. Now I only rub the bumper which I plan on getting an All Pro bumper that will correct that.

I don't run 245s myself, but most stock 2nd and 3rd Gen run them for the SR/SR5 steel wheels (and some that opt for the alloy). I run a 255/75-17 myself for extra height but that would be more than you should run with your gearing (check the label on your door jam)

according to that you have the 4.10 gearing so should be fine. unless someone else can chime in about the cable driven speedo and needing to change that particular piece on the trans to make the speedo read normal?
